The book was published with the generous financial support of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism intermediated by the Civil Society Development Foundation (NROS). If you are interested in receiving copy of the book it is possible to order it for the cost of distribution (postage and packaging) in Europe for 30 EURO, and in other continents for 50 EURO. Should payment be made by bank transfer it is necessary to use the “OUR” method in which banking costs are borne wholly by the purchaser. In case of other payment methods, for example SHA - 50:50, it is necessary to increase the sum of the bank transfer – in EU member states this is 6 EURO; for other countries this is 32 EURO. It is also possible to send money in an envelope and save on the bank transfer.
